We have purchase order forms (A or B) you are welcome to fill out the email or fax it into you assigned account manager. Your rep will then send you a quote, which you are responsible to overlook to be sure door style and quantities are correct. You will then need to confirm the order to have it invoiced. You may do so by simply signing the quote; email/fax it back into the sales rep. You may also respond to the email stating that you confirm of you are away from the office. At this time you will discuss stock and availability if needed.
We cannot guarantee the availability of all items requested to order, even though the order has been confirmed. Estimated arrival time of any backorder is generally 7-14 business days.
Note: Out-Of-State or Drop ship customers may schedule a date for shipping schedule.
All orders have to be PAID IN FULL, pick-up or delivery will be arranged.
Items, including unassembled cabinets, must be picked up as scheduled. Otherwise, storage cost will apply.
Assembled Cabinets MUST be picked up as scheduled, after 15 days storage fee ($50.00/Day) will apply.
Once your order has been confirmed and paid to Better Home Cabinet Distribution, you may schedule a shipping date.
When your items have been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. This will enable you to track delivery at your convenience.
Note: Please read “Shipping Policy” carefully.
Customer (Purchaser) is responsible for all shipping costs. The price list does NOT include the shipping cost for the cabinets. Cabinets are packaged individually in boxes and placed onto a pallet. The cabinets will be shipped to businesses with or without a loading dock; residences or construction sites. A person is required to be onsite to inspect and sign for the shipment.
All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. If there are any problems concerning the delivery,
please contact us as soon as possible.
Handling Fee: $20 per large Pallet, $10 per small pallet.
Damages: All shipments should be thoroughly inspected for damages & losses by the Purchaser or the purchaser’s designated recipient before the shipment is accepted and signed for. The purchaser is responsible for all the damages & losses that occur after acceptance of the shipment.
Claims for loss and damage: No claims considered unless made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Before signing for the shipment, please note any damage or missing items on the Bill of lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt to the driver. (Make sure to take photographs of the damaged items) On the Bill of lading (BOL), you will find carriers and claim information instructions. We will not be responsible for shipping charges for reordered items.
Note: We will photographs all shipment(s) before being shipped; therefore, if
needed for your claim, please contact us.
HOW TO CLAIM DAMAGED ITEMS

Please email or fax it to your Better Home Cabinet Distributor.
Absolutely NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES on any assembled, modified, and/or altered Cabinets, Panels, Special Orders or accessories.
Cabinets may be returned or exchanged, within 15 days of receiving merchandise. ONLY if they are in their original factory container and in re-saleable condition. Absolutely NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES after 15 days of delivery. The original invoice must accompany the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A 25% Restocking fee will be charged for any returned/exchanged items. Customer will receive credit at
the time the merchandise is returned.
We are not responsible for lost items or items not included on the invoice.
Please confirm that your invoice is complete at the time you place an order.
